It depends on the method: Tape On usually needs maintenance every 6–8 weeks, bio tapes every 6–8, Nano Bonds every 8–10 weeks.
Does densifying always mean longer hair?
No. Discreet densifying alone can improve volume for fine hair — without adding length.
